Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Daytrail, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Daytrail.

These terms apply to Daytrail websites, mobile apps, and related services.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must notify us promptly at support@daytrail.to if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Your content

You keep ownership of the trips, notes, photos, journal entries, and other content you add to Daytrail.

You grant Daytrail a limited license to host, store, process, display, and share your content as needed to operate the service and provide features you choose to use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Daytrail, interfere with the service, access data you are not authorized to access, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use Daytrail to harass, threaten, or abuse others.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, local rules, land access requirements, safety guidance, and permissions related to your outdoor activities.

Outdoor activity disclaimer

Daytrail is a planning and journaling product. It is not a real-time navigation, emergency, weather, or safety service.

Outdoor activities involve risk. You are responsible for your own preparation, decisions, route verification, equipment, conditions, and safety while traveling.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Daytrail at any time. We may also update features, pricing, availability, or supported platforms.

We will try to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect users, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Termination

You may stop using Daytrail at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for Daytrail or other users, or use the service unlawfully.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daytrail is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind.

Daytrail will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to outdoor activity decisions, route choices, data loss, or service interruption.
